Except as specified in 15.2: "Unlike other time units, which represent physical units, a step cannot be used to set or modify either the precision or the time unit." The only difference being that "step" is not a physical unit, but depends on the precision of the overall simulation. Thus, it can be used with any arbitrary number (i.e. 2step) and anywhere time_literals are allowed (such uses may not be advisable, but they are not disallowed). If not, does it say so anywhere? Can "1step" be used wherever tiem_literal may be used or only as "#1step"?
