RE: [sv-bc] My issues to analyze

I upgraded 1116, 1119 to major.

 

I assigned 1119 to myself.

 

I added a proposal to close 1125 as implemented in 1364-2005.

I added a proposal to close 1128 as implemented in 1800-2005.

 

I upgraded the priority of 1130 to immediate, as it has a proposal.

 

I added a bugnote to 1133 it can be done using the << streaming
operator.

 

1135 has a proposal to reject and close the issue.
