So are you saying that this is the proposal:

  Fix: The second $display should be the same as the first.

If so, would you please post an full proposal so we can vote on it?
If not, then I think the priority should be decreased until a full
proposal is in place.

In order to efficiently use the SVDB I'd strongly prefer that immediate 
priority items are accompanied by proposals that are ready to be put to 
a vote.
