RE: [sv-bc] Constant method calls

The LRM also says,

"The next() method returns the Nth next enumeration value (default is
the next one) starting from the current value of the given variable."

So it is a method of a variable.

There are also no examples of an enum method being applied to an enum
value. One has to ask why and give a good answer.

One would also have to define A.first and A.num. 

I'm not saying it does not make sense to define all these. But it is
difficult to claim that the current LRM defines them. One who does not
implement them could certainly not be considered incompliant with the
LRM.
