RE: [sv-bc] next meeting scheduled for US Memorial Day Holiday

I believe it would be ok to do 16th, however, many will
be at DAC during the week before, so I suspect it would be
wiser to just have the 23rd, to get us back in sync.
If BC needs the extra meeting, then add the 30th for 
this time around. Would this work?
