[sv-bc] How to subscribe to SV-BC

Subscribing to SV-BC is as easy as an email to majordomo@eda.org with the body

    s_bscribe sv-bc YOUR_FULL_EMAIL_ADDRESS_HERE

and the '_' replaced with 'u'. The subject line is ignored.

Expect some delay, because a s_bscriber can also post (by mailing to sv-bc@eda.org), so all subscriptions must be approved by hand to weed out spammers.
