Vassilios,

Tom Fitzpatrick and Dave Kelf are not chairs of the committees - they are
co-chairs - in each case the chair is somebody who is a) not an EDA vendor,
b) not a member of an Accellera board member company, c) not involved in
any way with the donating company

thus there could never be any hint of undue control or influence.

this is exactly my point - we need better rules.

so - please Vassilios - please let the board discuss this at the meeting.
