With respect to 1222 I wonder if it is worth adding a cross reference from section 23.3 ("Module instances (hierarchy)") to section 27.5 ("Conditional generate constructs"), because I think if someone is trying to clarify whether recursive instantiation of modules is permitted (without necessarily having an idea of how to write such modules) it is more likely he or she would look in section 23.3 than section 27.5. However, I am not concerned enough to vote no on this issue, so I also vote YES on all for closing.
