2670 - Agree with Gord's friendly amendment wording.
       Agree with Brad's friendly amendment wording, but can we actually
make
         this change since it is not addressing Ballot Comment #130 that
         this Mantis/proposal is associated with?

2676 - Agree with Brad's friendly amendment wording.
